Reading and taking quizzes do not require a reader account. Session and security cookies support the private management area.

Practice and search data

Anonymous quiz submissions are stored to return results, support safe retries, and calculate daily learning statistics. Raw submissions and their answer details are removed after 90 days. Daily aggregate statistics are retained longer and do not contain the submitted answer payload. Import previews are removed seven days after their expiry, and terminal indexing jobs are removed 30 days after completion.

Search, result-click, and quiz-start events are optional. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control (GPC), or your tracking preference disables these events; it does not disable anonymous quiz grading. Raw search and interaction events are removed after 90 days. Search events may contain a shortened query copy, result identifiers, and a one-way hash of a random first-party session cookie used to avoid duplicate searches. The application does not derive visitor identifiers from IP addresses or device details.

Optional interaction tracking

Query copies are trimmed, lowercased, shortened, and checked for common email, phone, URL, and secret-like patterns before storage. Queries matching those patterns are omitted. These checks are best-effort and may not identify every sensitive value; raw queries are used to provide search results but are not written by the application to its logs or analytics events.

Your privacy rights

You may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal data that can identify you, and you may withdraw consent for optional interaction tracking at any time. Your off preference is stored in a browser cookie for up to one year; turning tracking on removes that preference. Use the contact address in the site settings to make a request.

Internal management uses authentication cookies. Security and audit records support access control and administrative accountability.

While editing, temporary article recovery drafts are stored in this browser for up to 24 hours. They are removed after a confirmed save or when you sign out.
